The Central Susquehanna Valley Board of REALTORS® (CSVBR) is a trade association that represents 300+ real estate professionals throughout the Central Susquehanna Valley including Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Union and Snyder counties.
REALTORS® are distinguished from real estate licensees by subscribing to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
CSVBR is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and managed by an appointed Chief Executive Officer/Association Executive. CSVBR provides professional development and training resources, competitive market information, legislative advocacy, and is part of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Professional Standards/Grievance and Ombudsman Program providing mediation process for members, and a dispute resolution service for consumers. CSVBR is part of the CSVBR-MLS Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

JOIN A CSVBR COMMITTEE!
The Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors is governed and operated by its members for the benefit of its members.
As a member, you have a say in the association and are encouraged to participate as your time and talents allow. After reviewing the following list, please contact RAMP office or fill out the form below to express your committee preference.
Community Service Committee
Responsible for engaging with the general public by coordinating public service projects. This committee’s activities provide a service or assistance to citizens who are less fortunate.
Education Committee
Responsible for enhancing the professional development of members. This committee coordinates educational activities within the organization and develops programs and services to supplement the education, training and information that are available to members from resources outside the Association.
Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Responsible for promoting equal opportunity in real estate and enhancing practices in a culturally diverse environment. It is responsible for activities under the Fair Housing Guidelines and provides programs and services to help members understand and protect the rights of persons covered under fair housing, ADA and civil rights laws.
YPN (Young Professionals Network)
The Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a member-driven organization that helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers. The committee organizes networking opportunities and promotes the advancement of future leaders in the real estate industry. YPN is a committee for all CSVBR members regardless of age or number of years in real estate.
Legislative / RPAC Committee
The specific functions of the Committee include:
- To identify, monitor, and support legislation which is beneficial to the real estate industry, the public, and the owners of real property.
- To identify, monitor, and oppose legislation deemed adverse to the best interests of the real estate industry, the public, and the owners of real property.
- To keep members informed of government affairs matters which might affect the industry and private property ownership.
- To maintain regular contact with area legislators, local municipal officials and county commissioners.
- To support and work in conjunction with the CSVBR-PAC Board of Trustees and State and Local Candidate Screening Committees.
- To assist the CSVBR RPAC Committee with increasing member awareness of RPAC, its purpose, and importance.
- To foster and encourage individual REALTOR® involvement with local and county government.
- To identify and promote REALTOR® political involvement at all levels of government, and to encourage member participation in political elections.
